Who keeps the altar

Vixen Altar is a circle of practitioners whose paths include Taoist practice, Vedic astrology, Buddhist study and Western witchcraft. We come from different traditions and places, drawn by a shared curiosity about the symbols, practices and intentions that help people find their own way.

Why a lock screen

Most altars live in one room. Yours travels with you. Your phone is something you see throughout the day, so we chose to make images that can meet you there: a small, personal place to pause and return to an intention.

What each piece holds

Each piece begins with a symbol rooted in Eastern tradition or the natural world. We shape it around an intention (protection, love, ambition or becoming) and write a mantra to accompany it. Every piece includes a short activation: a few quiet minutes with both feet on the floor, three rounds of breath, and her words spoken three times. You can return to the mantra whenever you unlock your phone.

What we believe

A picture cannot promise to change your life. We see it as a symbol and a mirror: a way to give your attention a place to rest, and an intention a moment in your day. The power was always yours.

How we work

Each piece is shaped and reviewed by the circle before it is released. We keep our collection small so we can give each image and its intention the care it deserves.
